Its a Chi Rho, a symbol made up of the first two letters of the Greek word for “Christ,” (ΧΡΙΣΤΟΣ). It means that Jesus Christ is who he said he was, and did do everything the New Testament says he did, including take on our sins on the cross, and defeat death by resurrecting on the third day.
